Kim has over 10 years of experience as a real estate broker.  She started her real estate career in the hyper-competitive San Francisco Bay Area market, where she successfully navigated buyers and sellers through a complex and often frustrating real estate environment.  She refined her negotiating skills in the luxury market of Colorado, where she quickly became a high-producing agent in the Colorado Springs area.  She now joins the John L. Scott Mercer Island office and is excited to represent buyers and sellers looking for a fresh perspective on finding their next home.  Prior to real estate, Kim worked as a business consultant and a research associate.  She and her husband, Paul, have three kids that keep them on the move.  In her spare time, you can find her out exploring local trails or volunteering in the community.  Kim sits on the boards of the Island Park PTA, the Kirkland Chapter of the Young Men's Service League, and the Palmer Land Conservancy.
